SMOKED HAM ON A WEBER KETTLE




SMOKED BBQ MEATLOAF / MEATBALLS

Yields 40 Meatballs or 1 Meatloaf, Serves 10

Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 3 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 cup oats
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Smokin' Guns Hot Rub
  • BBQ sauce

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat the smoker to 250°F.
  2. In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except BBQ sauce.
  3. Shape into balls the size of golfballs or a loaf.
  4. Place in one layer in flat pan.
  5. Add 2 chunks of smoke wood (one hickory, one fruitwood).
  6. Sauce several times during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  7. Smoke 2 to 3 hours until done.
